Semi-Automated Gummy Machine

Our semi-automatic gummy machines produce various types of gummies, including single-color, double-color, and center-filling variants. With a capacity ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 gummies per hour, these automated machines streamline production, reduce labor costs, and offer flexibility in production quantities. Featuring an easy-to-clean and quick-change design, they prioritize product quality and control.

Driven by PLC, our system guarantees precise filling forms, delivering high accuracy, straightforward operation, and minimal failure rates to uphold stringent quality standards.

Mixing and Dissolving Cooking System

Our system functions as a tilt cooker, expertly dissolving and blending ingredients. Once sugar, glucose, and other necessary raw materials are mixed into syrup, the cooker tilts to dispense the syrup.

Depositing & Cooling System

The depositor consists of a depositing head, mold circuit, and cooling tunnel. A heated hopper stores the cooked syrup, equipped with multiple individual 'pump cylinders,' each dedicated to a single deposit.

During operation, the upward piston motion draws candy into the pump cylinder, while the downward stroke pushes it through a ball valve. Simultaneously, the mold circuit moves continuously, and the entire depositing head reciprocates back and forth to synchronize with its movement.

All movements within the head are servo-driven for precision and mechanically linked for consistency. Following the depositor, a two-pass cooling tunnel facilitates cooling, with ejection occurring beneath the depositor's head.

For hard candy, ambient air is drawn from the factory and circulated through the tunnel via fans. Alternatively, jellies typically require refrigerated cooling. Upon exiting the cooling tunnel, candies reach their final solid state.

Quick-Release Mold Tool

Molds come in metal with a non-stick coating or silicone rubber, featuring mechanical or air ejection mechanisms. Arranged in sections, they can be effortlessly removed for product changes and cleaning.
