The NEX 40 Automatic Gummy Production System is a compact and space-saving solution, requiring just L(10m) * W (2m) for installation. Perfect for small to medium production runs, it optimizes space and efficiency in candy manufacturing.
Automated Cooking System
Our state-of-the-art system automates the dissolution and blending of ingredients. Once sugar, glucose, and other necessary raw materials are mixed into syrup within the vessel, it's seamlessly transferred to the holding tank for uninterrupted production. The cooking process is meticulously controlled by a separate control cabinet, ensuring convenience and efficiency in operation.
DEpositing & Cooling System
Our depositor comprises a depositing head, mold circuit, and cooling tunnel. Cooked syrup is stored in a heated hopper equipped with individual 'pump cylinders,' one for each deposit. Candy is drawn into the pump cylinder's body by the upward piston motion and pushed through a ball valve on the downward stroke. The mold circuit moves continuously, while the entire depositing head reciprocates to track its movement. All head movements are servo-driven for accuracy and mechanically linked for consistency. A two-pass cooling tunnel follows the depositor, with ejection under the depositor head. For hard candy, ambient air is drawn from the factory and circulated through the tunnel by fans. Jellies typically require some refrigerated cooling. In both cases, candies emerge from the cooling tunnel at their final stage of solidity.
Gummy Mold
Molds are available in either metal with a non-stick coating or silicone rubber, featuring mechanical or air ejection mechanisms. Arranged in sections, they can be easily removed for product changes, cleaning, and coating.
