The fully integrated Sugar Coater is an automated system designed for the continuous, controlled sugar coating of starch-molded jelly, deposited mold jelly, and gum-based confectionery. With a proven track record of reliability, it can produce up to 600 kg/hr, making it an ideal complement to modern gummy production lines.

The inner drum, crafted from stainless steel and perforated for discharge and recycling of excess sugar into the outer drum, is a key feature of this equipment. It comes with an electrical control panel, enabling operators to make necessary adjustments conveniently. A variable speed drive is included to enhance operational flexibility. Built entirely from stainless steel 304, the equipment ensures durability and hygiene compliance. Cleated conveyors facilitate the delivery of products to the coating system, streamlining operator tasks. Additionally, the hopper, equipped with vibration and an auger, automatically supplies sugar to the coater, optimizing the coating process.
